The person in question is generally part of a D/s or dominate and submissive relationship and willingly allows themselves to be bound or posed as things like a table, a lamp, or footstool. Now, this fetish can work in Second Life a few ways. Forniphilia can be achieved by creative means, for instance a sculpture of an avatar posing as furniture can be classified as Forniphilia. However, you can also have another second life character involved in the act. By purchasing specific types of furniture, you can have the submissive of your choice pose in it. You can turn your partner into the pendulum of a grandfather clock, or the base of a glass top table. Most of these items will appear inconspicuous when not in use. Whatever your preference you won’t have much difficulty finding a way to make Forniphilia a part of your sexual exploration in Second life.
