Blue Mars Virtual Reality

Living a virtual life in a virtual reality like Second Life can always prove fun as there will always be enough things to do by combining the possibility of being a computer game character along with the feelings and thoughts behind the screen. There is an infinite way to spend time in Second Life. But even so, creators have decided to expand this world with another: Blue Mars.

Blue Mars is another virtual reality almost like Second Life that will be able to act as a different city for users already in Second Life who have an account with Blue Mars at the same time. There are differences between the two worlds, while each offers its own things, but the possibility of transport between them makes it the best common feature.

The Blue Mars virtual reality is able to sustain thousands of users within the same grid, allowing them to all be connected at the same time. Alternate accounts are not allowed for the sake of server sanity and for the users’ as well, since many do not agree with making alts. The currency between the two virtual realities is different; however a transfer method has been implemented so Second Life residents can use their cash in Blue Mars and vice versa.

The new Blue Mars world will be governed by areas. There will be more regions inside its grid and each one will receive its own type of government. For this reason a few things will differ from area to area. As a general rule it appears that sex is not allowed in the Virtual Blue Mars, however things are not set in stone.

Joining Blue Mars must be done in advance as the spaces are limited for the time being and entering comes on a first come first served basis.
