Ralexander Alvord Rips Off Emilia Redgrave

Ralexander Alvord, who markets his (poorly executed) clothing line under the "Just For Him" label, has been selling stolen Redgrave skins as his own. The skins have been reworked into something not even a mother could love, but side by side comparisons make it glaringly obvious that he has stolen Emilia Redgrave's skins, downloaded them to his PC with a poor graphics card, Photoshopped them using the blur tool, played with the hue/saturation/lightness settings, and reloaded them back into SL--with his name as the creator. In addition to the Redgrave skins, he is also selling ripped versions of skins from other big names, such as Abyss. He is now selling them as his own.

This past January, Ammon Pera listed Ralexander Alvord as one of his "Top 10" designers, in such esteemed company as Redgrave and Armidi. Ammon's fellow co-hort (co-whore-t?), Jason Feingold, who is now permanently banned from SL for being a douchebag (actually, douchebags are good because they keep the naughty bits clean, so let's call him something else), er, I mean revolting bucket of scum, also ran an interview with Ralexander Alvord, in which they slandered Clyde Saunders. In that interview, Ralexander Alvord tried to portray himself as someone who is honest, and proceeded to accuse Clyde Saunders of being unethical.
Apparently, Ralexander Alvord doesn't see a problem with throwing stones from inside of his glass house, because he seems to think that reworking someone else's skins and then selling them as his own is perfectly acceptable.
On the left is a genuine Emil skin from Redgrave, and on the right is the "Jean2" skin from Ralexander Alvord. Notice the contour shading and face detail.
Closer up, the extreme detail of the Redgrave skin is obvious. It's also obvious that the Ralexander Alvord skin has identical shading, but lacks the detail of the original. This is as clear as the Ralexander Alvord skin ever gets--you keep thinking you are waiting for it to rez, but it never gets any clearer.
Even the feet have been stepped on. All the detail is lost, but you can still see that is it a ripped copy in the shading of the toes, especially the shape of the pinky toe.
A genuine Redgrave skin becomes more detailed the closer you look.
The Ralexander Alvord skin is identical to the Redgrave skin in the contour shading of the face and neck, and the size and shading of the lips, eyes, nose and ears. This is how it looks fully rezzed. It never achieves the same level of miniscule detail as the Redgrave skin, and there are seams around the head.
Included in the skin purchase from Just For Him is a free shape. This shape appears to be a rip of one of MAD Designs. There are certain tell-tale characteristics of a MAD Designs shape, the narrow lip cleft being one of them. I have a MAD shape that I had bought a very, very, very long time ago, and never wear, but it is called Kyle, and it is probably one of Maddox DuPont's oldest designs. I thought the shape from Just For Him looked very similar in the proportions of the body parts. Either it is a tweaked version of the Kyle shape, or it is an exact copy of another shape from MAD Designs. The shape from Ralexander Alvord has transfer permission, so if Maddox or Kirk want to examine it, then please contact me and I will send it to you. (Note: in the pictures, Beau wears a shape of his own creation, and only in the side by side shape comparison pics is he wearing the shape from Ralexander Alvord. All eyes are from MAD Designs).

In profile view, the faces of both shapes have similar proportions, and the lips seem to be designed by the same person.
Just to give you an idea of how truly bad Ralexander Alvord's clothes are, this is a picture of his gold suit. In the top left corner is his store vendor, which makes it seem like the outfit has a Redgrave photorealistic quality to it. When you put it on, it's like a train wreck caught in a car wreck, wrapped in a brush fire, and smothered in ugly. I have a few other garments I had bought from this store, and occassionally Luca Mielziner likes to model the shoes he has from this store also. The shoes are great for comedic relief--you never realize just how bad SL shoes can be until you see the ones from Ralexander Alvord. Feel free to contact Luca inworld, if you would like him to model them for you.
